Greeting Card Crafting Should Be Accessible

Handmade greeting cards have long been part of meaningful connection.

Yet most DIY card kits rely heavily on vision.

Tiny printed instructions. Detailed diagrams. Complicated cutting and measuring.

For many blind and low vision individuals, these barriers made traditional card making difficult or impossible.

Be Tactile changed that.

Our kits are designed so creators can build beautiful greeting cards using touch, structure, and clear step-by-step guidance.

Time and time again, creators discover they can assemble elegant cards independently using their hands and the tactile structure of the design.

Clarity: Instructions are simple, structured, and accessible.

Independence: Designs allow creators to complete cards confidently.

Elegance: Accessible crafting should be as beautiful and refined as any premium craft experience.

Meet the Founder

Be Tactile was built from a belief that creativity belongs to everyone. After medically retiring, Jeni Be Tactile’s founder began working closely with the blind community to understand what crafting tools and experiences were missing. The answer became clear. Accessible crafting needed to be built from the ground up. Be Tactile greeting card kits are the result of that collaboration. Together we are creating a future where crafting can be experienced independently through touch.
